Many people often walk on the sides of African roads. Such was the case on RN4, the road that heads northwest connecting Kigali, Rwanda’s Capital, with Musanze, and the famous ring of volcanoes and mountain gorillas. It is hard to capture the magic from a moving vehicle of all the people waving, walking along, and curiously looking at us, but I think I did an OK job in the following.
We really had a great time at this spot. Although the trip was short, we had enough time to taste the culture, meet the locals and set the foundation for future returns. Following is our schedule:
